HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY APPOINTMENT?
We do our best to accommodate all clients even with as little as 2 hours notice in most cases; however, evenings and weekends are our busiest times. We suggest calling in advance for those appointments. If you have special requests such as parties of 2 or more, couples massages, or therapists skilled in a particular technique.
ARE CONSULTATIONS DONE BEFORE ALL SERVICES?
Yes. Our therapist uses this to personalise your treatment specifically for you.
WILL YOU REMIND ME OF MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes. 24 hrs and 2 hrs prior to your booking.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
We require 24 hours notice for change ANd if booking is made less than 24 hrs, you are given a 10 minutes “change of mind” period after booking completion. For any cancellations or changes, please give us a ring or drop us an urgent message on WhatsApp at 07498101031.
